Tremolo Rules
- No Tremolo until the Trio.
- Trio to the end – tremolo greater than a dotted quarter note.
Target Tempo - Dotted Quarter note = 100
Other Notes
- M1s and M2s – you have 3 pickup notes written in the very first measure – E F# G#.
- Play the first note – E.
- You should play the E on beat 6 (if you count in 6) or on the “a” of 2 & a if you count 1 & a 2 & a.
- Don’t play the F# and the G#.
- Play the first note of the next measure – A – on 1.
- Guitars – please note this change as you have “courtesy pickup notes” written in your music.
- Play the first note – E.
- M2s – in the B section / the second repeated section –
- Play the octave Es once every 2 measures.
- Feel free to play divisi if you prefer.
